Il tatuaggio nel suo significato più antico e profondo va inteso come arte sulla pelle e la scelta di essere tatuatore è legata al grande amore per l'arte che mi accompagna fin dall'adolescenza. La mia formazione comincia proprio nell'Istituto d'arte di Lanciano e prosegue nell'accademia di Firenze,da un lato con la maturazione intellettuale e dall'altro con il desiderio,sempre maggiore di scoprire gli individui nelle loro unicità. Durante i primi approcci al mondo del tatuaggio,unica espressione d'arte che non può essere creata distrutta e ancora rigenerata, sono stato cavia di me stesso con la prima macchinetta costruita da me,in un contesto sociale particolarmente difficile a cavallo tra gli '80 e i '90 in cui mostratre se stessi in ciò che si è e per ciò che si ama spesso era fonte di preiudizi stupidamente pesanti. Ma la realtà che andavo via via scoprendo era gratificante oltremodo-storia,tecniche,stili differenti-non ci si può improvvisare tatuatori e con questa unica certezza 15 anni fa ho intrapreso un viaggio attraverso studi e Paesi diversi,partendo da Roma,passando per Spagna Germania,Canada,facendo la conoscenza di artisti come Spenna,Svicolo,Dutchman,Himmel e molti altri che hanno lavorato su di me e hanno contribuito in maniera determinante alla mia formazione professionale. Nel 1998 è nato il mio studio, il "16thBallTattoo",una scommessa con me stesso,quella di riuscire a realizzarmi in una piccola città di provincia. Ad oggi le soddisfazioni sono quotidiane e i miei lavori riconosciuti in conventions internazionali.
